To qualify as a guild of this network of guild's you must and foremost be of a Role-play style of
guild in a online gaming world. Currently Rigovran can be found in Ultima Online and Never Winter Nights. However, he is not
limiting guilds to only those worlds.
Next the leadership must contact Rigovran and he must able to learn more about your guild and gaming
style without joining your guild or game.
